By accessing or using PlanSnip (the "Service"), currently in Beta and operated by Aquevix Solutions Pvt Ltd under agreement from the original author Agastya Jindal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PlanSnip is a Beta AI-powered study planning and scheduling application designed to help students organize their academic tasks, generate study plans, and manage their time effectively. The Service uses AI models, including but not limited to Google's Gemini API, to provide personalized recommendations and plans. The Service is intended to assist users in organizing their study schedules, but it does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for a child (e.g., under 13 or as applicable in your region), you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child and are responsible for their activity on the Service. By checking the parental consent box during signup, you confirm this agreement.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for all content and activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to misuse the AI features, such as by attempting to generate harmful, biased, or inappropriate content, or by excessively overloading the AI services. You also agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, nor attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
5. AI-Generated Content
The study plans and suggestions generated by PlanSnip's AI are for informational and guidance purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, Aquevix Solutions Pvt Ltd, Agastya Jindal, and PlanSnip make no guarantees regarding academic success or the suitability of any generated plan. AI outputs are suggestions and should be critically reviewed by you. PlanSnip is not liable for academic outcomes or losses based on these suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI-generated content to your specific needs and circumstances. AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete. Use of this service is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Agastya Jindal and Aquevix Solutions Pvt Ltd and its licensors. PlanSnip is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the respective owners.
7. Premium Services and Payments
Certain features of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis ("Premium Services"). Details of Premium Services, including features and pricing, are available on our Premium page. Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change. If you choose to subscribe to Premium Services, you agree to pay the fees as described. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PlanSnip, Aquevix Solutions Pvt Ltd, and Agastya Jindal make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The software is currently in Beta and may contain bugs or incomplete features.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aquevix Solutions Pvt Ltd, Agastya Jindal, or PlanSnip, nor their directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of time, performance, profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. The Service does not guarantee any academic outcomes and users may not claim liability for loss of performance in any exams.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes, claims, or legal actions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
In the event of any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If not resolved within 30 days, such disputes shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, India, in English.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aquevix Solutions Pvt Ltd, Agastya Jindal, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
